Government  /  Outpatient/Clinics   /  Peterson AFB, Dental Clinic Replacement

Healthcare space shortfalls at Peterson Air Force Base dental facilities were impacting the quality of care for military personnel so the dental clinic was moved to a modular facility. The temporary dental clinic was under-sized, lacking adequate treatment, diagnostic, laboratory and administrative spaces and was beginning to suffer significant infrastructure issues

The Altus team was hired under their US AFMS IDIQ contract to modernize AF healthcare facilities task order to serve as AE-1 (AE-0) and prepare an iDBIO MILCON SOW for   a replacement dental clinic. The replacement facility includes dental treatment rooms, dental lab, specialty treatment rooms, logistics, command and support spaces. Also included are civil site improvements, utilities, access roads and a new parking lot
