By utilizing an existing 5-year Indefinite Delivery Contract for A/E Services in Support of the Healthcare Facilities Modernization Program with USACE Little Rock, the Altus Team is providing AE3 services to the government on multiple SRM projects. The Altus Team is responsible for monitoring contractor’s performance, ensuring standards for quality and cost are met. The AE3 package includes QA/QC services; specifically drawing and spec review, design calculation and scope verification, and on-site construction review.

This includes conformance with NFPA codes, JACHO standards, UFC requirements and UFGS specification compliance. Tyndall AFB is located 12 miles east of Panama City, Florida and is home to the 325th fighter wing and is home to more than 30 tenant organizations. The mission of the 325th Medical Group (325 MDG) is to provide both medical and dental services to support the highest degree of readiness for the 325th Fighter Wing. The 325 MDG provides outpatient medical, dental, occupational, mental health services, environmental and preventative healthcare services in support of a combat-ready wing.
