This 14,000 square foot addition located at 14205 Ida Street consists of a single two-story addition with the lower level set partially into the grade, foundations and walls into grade and lower level floor cast-in-place concrete. The structure is steel frame with pre-cast concrete deck and cast-in-place concrete topping at first floor with wood truss roof framing. Exterior walls are wood studs with brick veneer and vinyl siding. The roof has asphalt shingles. The interior is wood studs and gypsum board partitions and finish with acoustical tile and gypsum board ceilings. Floors have carpet, resilient tile and ceramic tile. The addition has new mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems with some parking lot revisions.
