Altus Architectural Studios was selected to design this new 100,000 square foot Orthopaedic Hospital. The first level of the new facility contains a 2-story lobby, reception, Pre-Op and recovery beds, eight OR’s (planned for 10), a central processing area, as well as administration offices, medical records, and conference area. The second level houses 24 private beds and support spaces. A 77-car parking structure is located on the lower level.
