The 62,738 square foot project consists of 32,000 square foot addition and 30,738 square foot remodel which includes a new single story 32 bed addition on the north, a new single story 60 bed Skilled Nursing Facility, Administration and Wellness addition on the south and renovation of 110 bed of existing space along with new parking, sidewalks, and miscellaneous site work. Foundations are cast-in-place concrete. Floor is concrete slab-on-grade. Construction above foundation walls are wood frame with brick and vinyl siding. Roof is framed with wood trusses covered with plywood sheathing and asphalt shingles. Interior is wood stud partitions with gypsum board, acoustical tile ceilings, metal door frames, wood doors, resilient and ceramic tile and carpet floors, cabinets, mechanical, and electrical work.
