This project consisted of approximately 78,720 square feet of new construction and 11,200 square feet of renovation. A new 10-operating room (2 open heart) surgery, central supply, emergency, and endoscopy departments were developed in the new construction. As well as a new central power plant for the hospital, renovation consisted of a new respiratory department and the remodeling of support areas in order to attach to a new patient elevator core that connected all levels of the existing patient tower to the new ancillary base.
