Cardiac Catheterization Lab
This project consisted of the complete replacement of 20-year old equipment within the Cardiac Catheterization Lab at Creighton University Medical Center, a complete upgrade of the finishes throughout the suite and the addition of separate staff locker rooms. Two challenges were presented and met in completion of this project: 1.) The lab needed to remain in 24 hour operation during the project and 2.) Two previous equipment upgrades had been undertaken and none of the wiring or infrastructure for the previous equipment had been removed. Phasing and high levels of coordination between the many team members were paramount in the successful completion of this complicated project.
